Delivery charges

Royal Mail Large Letter delivery is £1.55 for qualifying small items. Royal Mail Tracked 48 Small Parcel delivery is £3.65 for larger 3D-printed items. UK delivery is free when the product subtotal reaches £40.

Exposure Lights

Exposure Lights are special-order products and are delivered directly to the customer. The expected delivery time is 4–7 working days, subject to supplier availability. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, you will be contacted and offered a revised timescale or a full refund.

3D-printed products

Printed products are made in small batches or made to order. Dispatch timing may vary with workload, but an update will be provided if an order cannot be prepared promptly.

Delivery area and responsibility

Online checkout currently supports UK addresses. Please check the delivery address carefully at checkout and contact 3D Bike Tech promptly if it needs to be corrected before dispatch.
