Your information is used to answer enquiries, check compatibility, fulfil orders, provide customer service, prevent misuse and meet accounting or legal obligations. It is not sold to third parties.

Service providers

Stripe processes checkout and payment information, Resend supports transactional email, and Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. These providers process relevant information under their own security and privacy arrangements. 3D Bike Tech does not receive your full payment-card details.

Retention and your rights

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, record keeping and legal obligations. You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information where the law permits by emailing steven@3dbike.tech.

Cookies and local storage

The shop uses browser storage to remember basket contents. Essential checkout and security technologies may also be used by service providers. No advertising cookies are intentionally set by this website at present.
