Orders and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is collected securely through Stripe. An automated confirmation records receipt of the order; if an item cannot be supplied, 3D Bike Tech may cancel the affected item and provide a full refund.

Product information

Reasonable care is taken to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens, photographs and small-batch 3D printing. Customers are responsible for checking stated dimensions and compatibility before ordering and should ask if unsure.

Special-order products

Exposure Lights are sourced specially after ordering. The expected delivery period is 4–7 working days, subject to supplier availability. Any material delay or availability issue will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

Use and installation

Products must be used only for their described purpose and fitted correctly. Workshop tools should be used by a competent person. The MagSafe phone mount is intended only for indoor cycling, and any exclusions stated on a product page form part of the product description.

Legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights of UK consumers or excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded. Delivery and returns information forms part of these terms.
